Commissions
Do you take commissions?
Yes! I offer a limited number of commission slots at a time. Commissions are currently open. Please submit your commission inquiry via the contact page, or email me at [email protected].
What kind of commissions do you offer?
I offer digital illustration commissions and traditional watercolor paintings.
How much do commissions cost?
Commissions start at $300. Final pricing depends on complexity, subject matter, and intended use (personal or commercial).
What’s included in a commission?
Standard Commission - $300
• 1 character (fully rendered)
• Simple or minimal background
• High resolution digital file
Best for single-character portraits and personal illustrations
Premium Commission - $400
• Everything in Standard package
• Signed physical print of the artwork
Ideal for gifts or finished display pieces
Additional characters, complex compositions, or detailed backgrounds will increase the final price.
Digital Illustration Commissions
I specialize in fully rendered digital illustrations. These follow the pricing and process outlined above.
Traditional Watercolor Commissions
Traditional watercolor commissions are hand painted original artworks created on 100% cotton archival watercolor paper (300 gsm / 140 lb). Pricing varies based on size and is quoted individually. The original artwork is included unless otherwise discussed.
Please note that traditional watercolor commissions do not include a sketch approval phase. The composition is agreed upon during the consultation before painting begins.

How long does a commission take?
Most commissions are completed within approximately 1 month, depending on complexity and my current workload.
How does payment work?
Payment is required upfront to secure your commission. Payments are accepted via Cash, PayPal or Venmo.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not available once work has begun. If you need to cancel before I start, a partial refund may be possible.
Can I request revisions?
Yes, minor revisions are included during the sketch phase of digital illustration commissions. The sketch stage is the time for feedback and adjustments before final rendering begins. Once the piece moves into final rendering, no major changes can be made.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
By default, commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use such as for merchandise, branding, or resale requires a separate license and pricing.
What won’t you draw?
I reserve the right to decline any request that I am not comfortable with or that does not fit my work.
How do I request a commission?
Please submit a request via the contact page with:
• A description of your idea
• Links to reference images (Google Drive, Pinterest, etc.)
• Intended use (personal or commercial)

Orders & Shipping
1. What is your order processing time?
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped promptly.
Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier. Occasionally, some U.S. deliveries may take longer due to carrier delays, and we appreciate your patience.
3. Do you provide tracking for my order?
Tracking is included for all orders except sticker-only orders.
Sticker-only orders ship without tracking to keep shipping costs low.
Orders that include prints or other items will include tracking.
4. Can I choose expedited shipping?
At this time, we offer standard priority shipping, which is the most cost-effective and reliable option for our customers. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us the same day you place your order, and we’ll be happy to discuss possible expedited options.
Please note: All orders qualify for free shipping.
5. What are the holiday order deadlines to ensure timely delivery?
To ensure your order arrives in time for the holidays, please place your order by the following dates:
- For Valentine’s Day (Feb 14):
Order by February 1 to ensure delivery by Valentine’s Day.
- For Halloween (Oct 31):
Order by October 15 to receive your order by Halloween.
- For Christmas (Dec 25):
Order by December 10 to receive your order by Christmas.
- For New Year's (Jan 1):
Order by December 15 to ensure delivery by New Year’s.
6. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
We previously offered international shipping and plan to do so again in the future. We’re currently reviewing our process to ensure the best experience for our international customers.
7. What if my package is delayed or lost?
While we use trusted carriers, sometimes delays happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Most orders include tracking and basic insurance. Sticker-only orders ship without tracking to keep shipping costs low, but we’ll still do our best to assist if any issues arise.
8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is processed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please make sure your address is correct before completing your purchase.
9. Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
