Orders & Shipping


1. What is your order processing time?

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped promptly.
Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).




2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We offer standard shipping with tracking:
Standard shipping (with tracking): 3–5 business days after your order is shipped.

Please note: Delivery times are approximate and can vary depending on your location and carrier.




3. Do you provide tracking for my order?

Yes! Every order includes a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your package ships. You can follow your order’s progress at any time.




4. Can I choose expedited shipping?

Currently, we offer standard shipping only, which is the most cost-effective option for most customers.

Good news: all orders over $50 qualify for free shipping!

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll discuss possible options.




5. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

We previously offered international shipping, but are currently reevaluating our process to ensure the best experience for our customers. We plan to offer international shipping again in the future, though timing may vary.




6. What if my package is delayed or lost?

While we use trusted carriers, sometimes delays happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

  • All packages include tracking and basic insurance

  • If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we’ll help resolve the issue




7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is processed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please make sure your address is correct before completing your purchase.




8. Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligibility:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items only

  • Because our products are produced in limited quantities, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or preference

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable

Resolution:

  • Once we review your request, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs

  • Items outside these criteria are not eligible for refund or replacement

Timeline:

  • Once the returned item is received and approved, we will process a refund or replacement within 5–7 business days

9. Eco-Friendly Packaging

We care about the planet and strive to make our packaging as sustainable as possible.

  • Our mailers and inserts are 100% recyclable

  • Prints are packaged in compostable cellophane, a plant-based alternative to plastic made from renewable wood cellulose fibers

  • This material is fully biodegradable, breaking down naturally in 28–120 days
